Protect your purchase. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will be able to issue you a refund or replacement out. 

We define an item as lost as - 

*The tracking has not been updated in 7 days.

*The package has not arrived within 14 days after we've shipped it.

*The package has not arrived 5 days after it was marked as delievered but actually wasn't.
